To the Verse community,

Our vision at Verse is to be the one partner you can rely on when a patient needs hospital-quality care at home. In 2025, we made meaningful progress towards achieving that vision.

We tripled our number of facility partners while retaining 95% of existing facility partners, generated material savings for our health plan partners, and delivered a patient NPS of 73. I'm excited to share additional stats and anecdotes with you in the pages to come.

At Verse, we strive to improve clinician experience in all that we do. In 2025, we introduced new software features and optimized care delivery, so our clinician partners could focus on spending time with patients.

1. EMR Integrations

Clinicians at hospitals and clinics can submit and track orders within their existing EMR more easily than ever. This was a big driver of our 95% facility retention rate.

2. Payor-Specific Coverage

Verse flags coverage criteria and quantity limits during order submission, enabling clinicians to ensure order compliance, reduce back-and-forth, and deliver on-time patient care.

3. Verse AI

Verse AI extracts demographic, diagnosis, and coverage details from the medical record. This reduces average time to order to 1-2 minutes and enables a 99.9% order accuracy rate.
