Our vision at Verse is to be the one partner you can rely on when a patient needs hospital-quality care at home. In 2025, we made meaningful progress towards achieving that vision.

We tripled our number of facility partners while retaining 95% of existing facility partners, generated material savings for our health plan partners, and delivered a patient NPS of 73. I'm excited to share additional stats and anecdotes with you in the pages to come.

Verse reduces spend by lowering unit cost and validating coverage as clinicians order DME. With a patient NPS of 73, we proved that cost control and member experience aren't mutually exclusive.
